This policy explains what data scrapwise collects, why, and what we do with it. The short version: your data is used to run your workspace, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, ever.

What we collect

• Account information. Your email address, company name, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Workspace content. The business profile you fill in, the leads collected for you, and the messages generated in your workspace.
• Usage data. Basic technical logs (pages served, errors) needed to keep the service running and debug problems.

How we use it

Your data is used to operate your workspace: finding leads that match your profile, writing first messages, and pacing the sending you approve. Aggregated, anonymous statistics may be used to improve the product.

Who else touches it

scrapwise runs on trusted infrastructure and service providers: hosting, data collection, email delivery, and AI text generation. Each processes only what is needed for its task, under its own data processing terms. We never hand your workspace data to advertisers or data brokers.

Retention and deletion

Your data stays in your workspace for as long as your account exists. Delete your account and your workspace content goes with it. You can also request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Email us at support@scrapwise.io and we will handle it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so on this page with a new date at the top.
