These terms govern your use of scrapwise. By creating an account, you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to trap you.

The service

scrapwise finds prospects for your business, drafts first-contact messages, and helps you send them at a reasonable pace. You review what goes out; you stay in control of every message sent under your name.

Early access

scrapwise is currently in early access and free to use. Paid plans will be announced before they apply, and you will never be charged without setting up payment yourself. Early access also means the product evolves quickly: features may change or be reworked.

Acceptable use

• Use your real identity. Outreach sent through scrapwise represents your business.
• Comply with applicable outreach laws (such as CAN-SPAM) and the terms of the platforms you contact people on.
• No bulk spam, harassment, deception, or illegal content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access other workspaces.

Accounts that abuse the service can be suspended or closed.

Your data

Your workspace content belongs to you. How we handle it is described in the privacy policy.

Warranty and liability

scrapwise is provided as-is, without a guarantee of specific results: replies and deals depend on your offer and your market. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Termination

You can stop using scrapwise and delete your account at any time. We can terminate accounts that break these terms.
